Kayla and Phil got married on May 16, 2026 at The Casnovia Barn, twenty minutes north of Grand Rapids in West Michigan apple country. It was a loud, fully-committed kind of day. One of the largest wedding parties we have filmed, all of them in black, all of them in on it — the kind of group that picks the couple up off the ground the second the camera turns around.

The exit ran on bubbles instead of sparklers, which we will take every time. Golden hour held just long enough afterward to walk the white fence line behind the barn with the two of them, and the curved roof of the main building did the rest of the work.
